Returns

We hope that you love your order! But if you have changed your mind, please follow our simple returns process below:

  1. Fill out the returns form provided in your parcel (specifying the reason) and ensure that it is enclosed with your return.
  2. Send your return to: Blush View Returns, The Cottage, Swineshead Road, Frampton Fen, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE20 1SF.
  3. Please note that all items are returned at the customer’s expense.
  4. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on it ways back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and all labels still intact. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to refund your item(s).

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot currently offer exchanges on products.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
